Meetings

Our meetings are open to anyone interested in quilts or quilting. We meet once a month on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, in the basement of the Grace Lutheran Church, 321 S. Madison St., Green Bay, WI.

We have a day meeting and a night meeting. Both meetings hold a holiday party in December and a picnic in June. Currently, the guest speakers come to the night meetings.

2024 - 2025 Night meeting dates and programs

NOTE: Our night meetings start at 6:30 pm with social time from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm.

Our meetings are now also on Zoom at night. If you can't make the meeting, you can watch it from the comfort of your home online via Zoom. The link is in the newsletter or on the members only area of the website.
  • November 12-13, 2024 - Tracy Reeb and Irene Olsen-Hostak - Crazy for Crazy Quilting with Crazy Quilt workshop. NOTE: We will also have 3 additional Zoom classes to go in depth on crazy quilt stitches
  • December 10, 2024 - Holiday party pot luck
  • Jan 14, 2025 - Off the Grid with Modern Quilting presented by Kathryn Corio
  • Feb 11, 2025 - 101 Quilting Tips and Tricks presented by Cheryl Schenck
  • Mar 11, 2025 - History of Buttons and Beads presented by Jo Brinkley Chaudoir
  • Mar 12, 2025 - Making Button Jewerly. Class fee will be $15.00 and the kit fee paid to the instructor will be $25.00

Workshop Cost is $15 for guild members. Make checks out to Evergreen Quilt Guild.

Classes are from 9 am - 3:30 pm at the church unless otherwise noted. Classes must be paid at time of sign-up to reserve your spot. 

There may also be additional fees from the instructor (for a pattern or kit) that are paid directly to the instructor. Information sheets for what to bring to the workshop are at the meetings near the sign up sheets.
