Meetings

Our meetings are open to anyone interested in quilts or quilting. We meet once a month on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, in the basement of the Grace Lutheran Church, 321 S. Madison St., Green Bay, WI.

We have a day meeting and a night meeting. Both meetings hold a holiday party in December and a picnic in June. Currently, the guest speakers come to the night meetings.

NOTE: Our night meetings start at 6:30 pm with social time from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm.

Our meetings are now also on Zoom at night. If you can't make the meeting, you can watch it from the comfort of your home online via Zoom. The link is in the newsletter or on the members only area of the website.

  • Dec 9, 2025 - Holiday party

  • January 13, 2026 - Karla Overland from Cherrywood Fabrics will be presenting a Zoom lecture on "A Challenge Study in Color"
  • February 10, 2026 - Mary Bainbridge, Jenny Erlandson, and Lorraine Stenoish will be participating in a panel discussion on "Entering a Quilt Competition."
  • March 10, 2026 - Joan Pierner will be sharing her quilting journey as Evergreen's Featured Quilter for the 2026 Evergreen Quilt Show
  • April 14, 2026 - We will be featuring the SAQA traveling exhibit and the challenge quilts as a preview to the Evergreen Quilt Show.
  • May 12-13, 2026 - Ilene Bartos will be presenting on "Layered Raw Edged Applique." Wednesday will be a workshop titled "Happy Days."
  • June 9, 2026 - Evergreen member picnic.

 

Workshops

Workshop Cost is $15 for guild members. Make checks out to Evergreen Quilt Guild.

Classes are from 9 am - 3:30 pm at the church unless otherwise noted. Classes must be paid at time of sign-up to reserve your spot. 

There may also be additional fees from the instructor (for a pattern or kit) that are paid directly to the instructor. Information sheets for what to bring to the workshop are at the meetings near the sign up sheets.
