Retreats and Quilt Camps
Retreats
![Sewing fun](images/sewing.jpg)
Retreats are where we stay overnight at a facility. We hold two retreats per year. The purpose of the retreats are to complete our projects, help one another, socialize, have fun and not have outside interruptions. We do not have instructors or celebrity teachers, but if someone needs help with a project it's not hard to find.
Fall Retreat Update
- Dates: November 7-10, 2024
- Place: Ramada Inn in Waupaca
- Reasons we chose Ramada Inn:
- They provided the most cost-effective plan and additional benefits that should make for an enjoyable time for all.
- We are able to keep the cost to below $300 for each person. The actual cost will be available once the contract is signed. The limit for attendees is 50.
- Lunch and dinner will be provided for Thursday, Friday and Saturday and there is a hot continental breakfast available for all hotel guests. We are also able to have a Snack table which will also have water and ice.
- There is a working elevator and for those who don't bring a chair, you may use the office chair from your room as long as it is returned to the room after the event.
- We are hoping to have massages available but are not sure about that yet.
- The registration forms will go out on August 15.
Happy quilting!!! Linda and Lyn
Quilt Camps
Quilt Camps are where we go to a facility during the day, work on projects, socialize, and have fun. Quilt Camps are held in the Green Bay area and at night we go home and come back the next day. Meals are determined depending on the facility
Registration information for Quilt Camps will be here when dates are available.
Cancellation policy for both retreats and quilt camps - No Refund. If you must cancel and we have a waiting list, you may contact them to make arrangements to take your place. Please let us know of any changes.
