Evergreen Quilters Guild, Green Bay, WI is an organization founded in 1982. Our mission is to foster and enhance the art of quilting; to educate its members in methods and techniques of care and creation of quilts, to stimulate interest in the community by donating quilts and quilted items to need based organizations; to promote and preserve the heritage of quilting and, to hold regular meetings for the interchange of ideas relating to quilts and quilting.
As a group, our goals are to promote the art of quilting and share it with its members and the community, provide an open forum for the exchange of information and ideas concerning quilts and quilting, and
to sponsor quilt-related shows, work-shops, classes, and other activities.
It is open to anyone interested in quilts or quilting.
